基于Kriging空间分析法的农用地定级指数模型研究

利用安平县农用地定级评估工作中的定级成果和样点地价数据,采用Kriging空间分析法对农用地定级指数模型进行了研究。结果表明,样点地价在空间上并不是完全随机或完全独立分布的,样点存在多尺度随机误差,利用Kriging空间分析方法构建的样点地价随机误差模型,逐级消除了样点随机误差,揭示了农用地地价的空间分布规律,建立的农用地定级指数地价评估模型为农用地地价评估技术路线提出了一条新的地学方法;以安平县农用地定级估价工作为例,成功构建了定级指数地价模型,丰富了现有农用地估价理论与方法,为空间分析在农用地定级估价中的应用进行了一次初步尝试。
