摘    要:在没有甾醇脱甲基抑制剂 (DMI)类药剂用药历史的湖北利川山区麦田采集小麦白粉病菌闭囊壳 ,带回室内萌发 ,从每样本单孢子堆中分离得到61个野生菌株。采用叶段法测得每个菌株的EC50,建立起小麦白粉病菌对三唑酮的相对敏感基线EC50=(0.1090±0.0048)μg/ml。

Abstract:Cleistothecia of powdery mildew were collected from the mountainous areas in Lichuan of Hubei where never used fungicides of demethylation inhibitor to control wheat disease. Sixty - one single - pustule isolates were gained by infected leaf segments with ascospores from different cleistothecia. The EC50 of triadimefon to every isolate on the detached leaf segments was determined in laboratory and the average EC50 was (0.109 0±0.004 8) μg/ml. It was thought as sensitive base - line of the Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici to triadimefon.
