超临界CO_2流体萃取辣木籽油工艺研究初报

摘    要:初步研究了SFE-CO2辣木籽油工艺,探索了萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间和萃取CO2流量等主要因素对萃取率的影响,并通过正交试验进行了工艺参数筛选。结果表明:当萃取压力30MPa,温度50℃,时间3h,CO2流量23L/h,SFE-CO2辣木籽油效果最佳,且SFE-CO2辣木籽油工艺流程简单,无溶媒残留,品质好,纯度高,外观清亮,过氧化值0.431meq/kg。

Abstract:Supercritical CO2 Fluid Extraction(SFE-CO2) of seed oil of moringa oleigera was studied.Some major factors would affect the extraction rate like pressure,temperature,time and CO2 fluid,etc..Experiment of selecting processing parameters was carried out,the results showed that seed oil extracton would reach the best by SFE-CO2 under pressure of 30MPa while temperature was 50℃ for 3 hours(23L/ h for CO2 fluid),simple,no residues,good quality,high purity,good-looking with 0.431meq/kg of peroxide value.
