摘    要:目的]寻找适宜在农村应用的简易快速测定沼气主要成分的方法。方法]用1 ml注射器抽取发酵沼气,利用KOH或NaOH溶液吸收沼气中的CO2,可测定出沼气中CO2含量,并与气相色谱仪法测定的沼气中CO2含量进行比较,然后换算出沼气中CH4含量。结果]利用NaOH、KOH溶液都能较准确地测定沼气中CO2的含量,且差异不显著(P>0.05)。该简易快速测定法与气相色谱法测定的CO2含量存在极显著相关(P<0.01)。利用KOH溶液测定沼气中CO2含量的变异系数为1.19%,在气相色谱仪允许范围内。结论]该研究建立的测定方法简便、快速,测定沼气中CO2含量的精确性较高,适合在目前农村沼气池运行管理中应用。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to seek for a simple and rapid method of determinating main components in biogas,which was suitable to be applied in rural area.Method] The fermentation biogas was extracted by injector with volume of 1 ml and CO2 in biogas was absorbed by KOH or NaOH solution,so the content of CO2 in biogas was determined and compared with that determined by GC,then the content of CH4 in biogas was calculated out.Result] The content of CO2 in biogas could be determined more accurately by NaOH and KOH solutions and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The content of CO2 determined by this method had extremely significant correlation with that determined by GC(P<0.01).The variation coefficient of CO2 content in biogas determined by KOH solution was 1.19%,which was in the scope allowed by GC.Conclusion] The determination method established in the study was simple and rapid and had higher accuracy in determining the content of CO2 in biogas,so it was suitable to be applied in the operation management of rural biogas digester at present.
