孔式气幕减阻装置结构参数的试验研究

摘    要:提出了检验滑板-土壤间气幕减阻效果的技术指标,并就孔式减阻装置的主要参数对减阻节能效果的影响进行了模型试验,通过分析得到了滑板结构参数的优化组合。在此基础上对机耕船船体进行田间试验,证实了该优化组合的减阻效果是显著的。

Abstract:The technical indexes are proposed to measure the efficiency of resistance reduction with air curtain introduced into the slide-soil interface. The labora-torial test of hole pattern resistance-reduced device have been done to clarify influence of its main parameters on resistance reduction and energy economizat-ion. After analyzing the group of optimum structure parameters have been obtained. Based on these, a field test for hull of boat-type tillage machine have been carried out, it verifies that the efficiency of resistance reduction is remarkable when the optimum structure parameters are used.
