微型冷库贮藏保鲜李试验

摘    要:木奈李在常温条件下难以贮藏保鲜。经对木奈李的贮藏保鲜进行研究 ,用保鲜剂处理的木奈李冷藏保鲜 3 0~4 5 d,好果率达 95 %以上 ,果实风味较好。

Abstract:This paper studied the preservation and fresh keeping on Prunus salicina Lindl av.By appliation of fresh keeping treatment and cold preservation,the length for preservation of P.salicina Lindl av.was more than 30 days and the ratio of fine fruit reached more than 95 percent.
