摘    要:为了更好地将常温保存的猪精液最大限度地利用,提高猪人工授精的效率。文章结合团队近些年的研究成果,介绍了猪精液常温保存的原理,影响猪精液保存的物理因素、微生物因素,精液稀释方法以及精液稀释液成分等,对提高猪精液常温保存的质量和延长保存时间提供技术支持,为将来猪精液低温保存,乃至冷冻精液保存技术的发展和完善提供参考和帮助。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of artificial insemination of pigs by using the preserved boar semen at room temperature, based on the research results of our team in recent years, this paper introduces the principle of preservation of pig semen, the physical factors affecting the preservation of pig semen, the microbial factors, the dilution method of semen and the dilution of semen, etc. It provides technical support for improving the quality and prolonging the preservation time of pig semen at room temperature, and provides reference and help for the development and improvement of cryopreservation technology of boar semen in the future.
