Abstract: | State Forestry Administration human resource management training group to the United States for 21 days of training in December 2013. Training groups focus on learning a series of training courses, such as American forestry professional training and management, forestry development and use of human resources, measures and methods of attracting outstanding forestry professionals, human resource management and information technology applications and so on. Meanwhile, the field visits and in-depth exchanges were made around the human resource management practices, effectiveness, experience, etc. Training group has some knowledge of practices and experiences for American Forest and human resource management through training, exchange visits and field trips. U.S. human resource management systems and mechanisms experienced a long-term development and improvement, and there are many places that we can learn. It is significant to promote the reform and development of the forestry human resource management in China by learning from their ideas, practices, and experiences. |
