稻瘟病菌鉴别品种的生理生化研究

摘    要:
1986年对稻瘟病菌主要鉴别品种特特勃、珍龙13、关东51号、合江18号和丽江江新团黑谷各生育期叶鞘淀粉含量、叶片C/N**、木质素含量及过氧化物酶活性等的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,在非感病条件下,抗、中抗、感、高感鉴别品种木质素含量从高到低大致呈梯度分布,感病后的品种叶片木质素含量和过氧化物酶活性有明显的增加。在分蘖期,抗、中抗、感、高感品种叶鞘淀粉含量从高到低梯度明显,在孕穗期后抗病品种或是叶鞘绝对淀粉含量较感病品种高,或是叶鞘淀粉含量下降较感病品种慢。稻株叶片C/N有两个明显的低峰期,一个是分蘖期,另一个是抽穗期,感病、高感品种除C/N低于抗、中抗品种外,主要表现在低C/N持续时间比抗、中抗品种长。

Abstract:
Major differential varieties Tetep.Zhenlong 13,Kanto 51,Hejiang 18 and Lijiang-Sintuaheigu were used in 1986 for studying the changes of starch content in leaf sheath.C/N ratio,lignin content and peroxidase activity in leaves in growing stages.In the non-infected condition,the lignin content in the leaves of disease-resistant varieties is higher than that in the leaves of disease-susceptible varieties,whereas in the infected condition there is a obvious increase of both lignin content and peroxidase activity.Comparing with disease-susceptible varieties the disease-resistant varieties have a higher starch content in the leaf sheath in tillering stage and tend to maintain a higher starch content after booting which is the highest starch content stage durign growing period of both disease-resistant and disease-susceptible varieties.Moreover,both disease-susceptible and disease-resistant varieties have two low C/N ratio stages,i.e.tillering and heading stages.but the disease-susceptible varieties have a lower C/N ratio and longer duration of the low C/N ratio than the disease-resistant varieties.
