摘    要:综述了近年来出现的植物病原细菌免疫和分子检测技术,简要介绍并比较了它们的原理、特点及其应用。免疫和分子检测技术具有特异性强、灵敏度高、简便、快速等优点,在植物病原细菌的检测中有着广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The immunoassay and molecules detection technology of plant pathogenic bacteria appeared in the recent years,with a brief introduction to the principles and character and their application,and made comparison.Immunoassay and molecules detection technology had advantages of high specific and sensitivity,convenient and fast,and had a wide application prospect in the detection of bacterial diseases on plant.
