摘    要:利用多体系统动力学软件ADAMS建立了某大型空气悬架客车整车动力学模型,通过固有频率和平顺性试验对其进行了验证,并应用该模型对整车操纵稳定性进行了仿真分析。结合仿真数据利用ADAMS/Insight模块对空气悬架导向机构进行了DOE优化,并对优化前后整车操纵稳定性进行仿真试验对比。结果表明:优化后的稳态回转特性有了显著改善。

DOE Optimization Design of Structure Parameters of Bus Air Suspension Based on ADAMS
Abstract:The full vehicle dynamic model of large air-suspension bus was built based on ADAMS,it was verified by the experiment results of natural frequency and ride comfort,and the handling simulation analysis was accomplished.According to simulation results,DOE optimization of air suspension guiding mechanism was accomplished using ADAMS/Insight,and handling simulation results of optimized model was compared with the non-optimum design.The results showed that the steady-state performance of the optimized model was significantly improved.
