| 摘 要： | 本规划以＂服务社会,生态造园＂为核心理念。努力处理好衡水湖园林景观建设、观光旅游业的发展和衡水湖生态平衡的关系。目的在于利用衡水湖园林景观规划,使衡水湖成为一个既可以多角度观光游览,体味自然生态美感,又能取得一定的经济效益,拉动区域经济发展的宝地。并为湿地研究领域、野生动植物、鸟类研究领域的专家学者提供一个很好的研究和观察的综合场所。
