| 摘 要： | 从综合性实验内容、综合性实验开设对人才培养目标的体现、综合性实验实施过程中的注意事项等方面阐述如何在“生物化学”课程中开设综合性实验“聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离蛋白及蛋白质含量的测定”。此实验的开设,可使学生将理论知识融会贯通,对培养学生的动手能力和创新能力有积极作用。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a comprehensive experimental project of biochemistry,which called separation by Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis(PAGE)and simultaneous determination of the protein,has been described in detail.Besides the attention problems of this project,the content and incarnates on achieving talents training goal of this project have been discussed.The experiment contents had greatly effect on speculative knowledge integrating,and on cultivating the operational ability and creative ability of student. |
