摘    要:为了发现新的农用高活性化合物,将具有杀螨活性的嗜球果伞素类化合物与具有杀菌活性的吡唑酰胺类化合物的活性亚结构进行拼接,设计并合成了16个新化合物,通过核磁共振氢谱、碳谱及高分辨质谱等手段表征了其结构。生物活性测试结果表明,目标化合物虽然没有预期的杀螨和杀菌活性,但是表现出了良好的杀虫活性,其中8个化合物在500 mg/L下对黏虫Mythimna separata的杀虫活性为100%。

Design,synthesis and insecticidal activity of strobilurin compounds containing pyrazole-4-carboxamide

Abstract:To discovery novel pesticidal compounds, 16 new compounds were designed and synthesized by combining several active sub-structures of miticidal strobilurins and fungicidal pyrazole carboxamides. Their structures were determined by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. The biological activity assay results showed that all target compounds had poor miticidal and fungicidal activities, however, some target compounds had good insecticidal activities. The mortalities against Mythimna separata of 8 compounds were 100% at 500 mg/L.
