摘    要:2005和2006年对新疆加工番茄根腐病进行较为广泛的采样分离和鉴定,初步明确了腐霉菌(Pythium)、镰刀菌(Fusarium)、丝核菌(Rhizocton)和疫霉菌(Phytophthora)是造成加工番茄根腐的主要致病菌。在苗期,以瓜果腐霉菌(Pythium aphanidermatum)的危害最为严重,其致病性强,感染后发病迅速,造成猝倒,为优势菌;其次为立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)。而在生长中后期,以尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)和茄病镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)的分离频率较高,它们分别引起加工番茄的枯萎病和根腐病。目前,在新疆尽管枯萎病仍处于初发期,但由于其传播途径较多,危害性大,应引起高度重视。

Abstract:In 2005 and 2006,studying the Pathogen Isolation and Identification of processing tomatoes root-rot disease in Xinjiang,the results showed that the disease was caused by complex pathogenic fungi such as Pythium,fusarium,Rhizocton and Phytophthora.Pathogenicity indicated Pythium aphanidermatum had a higher virulence than others in seedling stage,which caused serious damage and belonged to preponderant fungus;Next was Rhizoctonia solani.But in the middle-later period of growth,Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium solani's isolation frequency were the highest,they separately caused wilt and root-rot at the processing tomato.At present,although the wilt disease still happened at initial stage,it propagated in many ways and the harm was serious,to which greater attention should be devoted.
