摘    要:以油棕盆栽幼苗为试验材料,研究干旱胁迫对其生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫处理时间的延长,幼苗受害指数增大,细胞质膜透性、丙二醛含量和脯氨酸含量均有不同程度的升高;SOD酶、POD酶活性出现先上升而后下降的变化趋势。该研究结果对于油棕品种的引种或栽培具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:The oil palm seedlings were used as experimental material to study the effect of drought treatment on the physiological characters.The result showed that injury index,membrane leakage,MDA content,proline content in leaves of oil palm seedlings increased with the extension of drought stress.Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) activities increased and then decreased gradually with the prolong of treatment time.This experimental results could provide useful information for oil palm introduction and c...
