| 摘 要： | 12396是全国联合推动的统一的农业科技信息公益性服务号码,是基于农村农业信息化的科技服务机制创新。本文从山东12396信息服务系统的建立、发展升级、服务模式持续创新等方面进行了阐述,力争实现信息增值,加快农村农业信息化建设步伐。

| Abstract: | 12396 is the public welfare number generalized across the country for agricultural science and technology information service, and is science and technology service mechanism innovation based on the rural agricultural informatization. The 12396 information service system in Shandong was expounded from the aspects of establishment, development and continuous innovation to realize the information value - added＇ and speed up the construction pace of rural agricultural informatization. |
