钢针固定法治疗金丝猴直肠脱案例解析

目的]概述1例金丝猴直肠脱病例的诊治过程。方法]接诊了1例金丝猴直肠脱病例,直肠因脱出过多和时间太长已发生严重水肿坏死。采用钢针十字交叉固定法固定金丝猴直肠,并对坏死直肠部分切除后,对金丝猴进行精心护理。结果]通过综合诊断,确定该病例为单纯性直肠脱,且肠管已发生坏死。手术后每天输液,并根据病情给予消炎,镇痛等对症治疗。手术7d后,该金丝猴康复出院。结论]对于直肠脱,应根据实际情况,及早进行治疗。

On the Treatment of a Case of Rectal Prolapse in Rhinopithecus roxellanae by Steel Needle Fixation Method

Objective] The aim of the research was to summarize the diagnosis process of a case of the rectal prolapse in Rhinopithecus roxellanae.Method] A case of the rectal prolapse in R.roxellanae was received.Serious edema and necrosis had occurred in the rectum because of prolapsing too much and too longer.The rectum of R.roxellanae was fixed by using steel needle decussation fixation method.After the necrotic rectum part was resected,R.roxellanae was carefully nursed.Result] Through the comprehensive diagnosis,this case was confirmed as simple rectal prolapse and the intestinal tube was necrotic.After the operation,the transfusion was made every day and such symptomatic treatments as antiphlogosis and analgesia were made according to the disease conditions.When the operation was made 7 days later,the R.roxellanae recovered and left the hospital.Conclusion] The rectal prolapse should be treated as soon as possible according to the actual practical conditions.
