种间杂交长绒棉康地4036光合生理特性的初步研究

摘    要:通过对杂交棉康地4036及其对照品种光合生理特性的研究,结果表明:在盛花期,康地4036在净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度和水分利用率的全天日变化曲线均呈现出单峰型曲线,但峰值出现的时间上存在差异,胞间CO2浓度总体上呈倒"V"字形,说明康地4036是一个耐旱、高光效品种;而两个对照品种新海21号和中棉49号除了胞间CO2浓度外,均表现出了双峰型曲线,有光合"午休"现象,而胞间CO2浓度日变化则呈现出不规则状态,另外,参试材料的Pn和Tr在盛花期曲线高度明显大于蕾期;叶绿素含量结果显示:康地4036及其对照在整个生育期内,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b及类胡萝卜素含量变化规律基本一致,即呈现出先递增后递降的趋势,只是不同的品种在叶绿素含量峰值出现的时间、峰值的大小及曲线的整个高度变化上存在着差异,叶绿素a/b是随着生育进程而逐渐下降的.

Abstract:The results of photosynthesis and physiological characteristics of interspecific hybridization long-fibre cotton Condy 4036 in full flower stage indicated that daily change curve of Condy 4036 were shown a single-peak curve in net photosynthetic,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and WUE.However,start time of peak value were evidently different,on the whole intercellular CO2 concentration there were a reverse "V" shape,so Condy 4036 is a drought-resistant,high-efficiency light variety.But daily change curve of Xinhai21 and Zhongmian49 were a double peak curve,except for intercellular CO2 concentration.Multiple comparison showed that the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and transpiration rate(Tr) in full blooming stage were significantly higher than that of bud stage;Chlorophyll content showed that curves of chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,chlorophyll a + b and carotenoid content in whole growth period were the same law,namely they firstly were increased then decreased,however,different varieties showed difference in peak time.Chlorophyll a/b in the whole growth period showed gradually declining trend.
