| 摘 要： | 通过对大豆品种的不同温度、不同发芽床及室内外自然环境等因素的发芽试验研究 ,结果表明 :百粒重较高的大中粒种子以恒温 2 0℃ ,百粒重较低的小粒种子以恒温 2 5℃发芽率最高 ;最适宜的发芽床是消毒后的砂床 ,其砂水比为 5 :1;覆盖厚度为 1.5～ 2cm ,自然环境中 ,平均气温超过 2 5℃后不宜做大豆发芽试验

| Abstract: | The factors affecting on soybean germination such as the diffe rent envi ronmental conditions and germination beds, natural enrironment indoor and outdoo r were studied.The results showed that the germination percentage was high when big and middle grain seed was tested in 20℃,small grain seed was tested in 25℃ .The most appropriate germination bed was the sterilized sandy bed with the rati o of sand and water was 5 to 1 and the seeds were covered with the thickness of 1.5-2 cm sand. The soybean germination test should not act in average air tem perature of exceeding 25℃ in natural environment. |
