摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法,使用SunFire~(TM) C_(18)不锈钢色谱柱和紫外检测器,以乙腈-水(80:20,v/v)为流动相,流速1.2 mL/min,在230 nm波长下,对氟节胺乳油进行定量分析测定.结果表明,氟节胺的线性相关系数为0.999 7,标准偏差为0.014,变异系数为0.05%,平均回收率为99.5%.高效液相色谱法操作简便、快速、准确,重现性好,可供氟节胺乳油质量控制用.

Abstract:The quantitative analysis method of flumetralin in emulsifiable was developed by HPLC under the condition of 230 nm wavelength, 1.2 mL/min flow rate, acetonitrile-water (80:20, V/V) mobile phase. The results showed that its linear correlation coefficient, standard deviation, variability coefficient and mean recovery were 0.999 7, 0.014, 0.05% and 99.5% respectively. Therefore, the high performance liquid chromatography with simplicity, rapidity and accuracy can be used in quality control of flumetralin emulsifiable.
