撒坝猪血清酯酶多态性及其与部分生长性状的关系

摘    要: 本研究采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法(PAGE)检测了115头撒坝猪的血清酯酶(ES)多态性,计算了该位点的基因型频率、基因频率以及遗传多样性指数(h),并用普通方差分析和二因素(酯酶基因型、性别)有互作模型的最小二乘分析法,对撒坝猪血清酯酶3种基因型与几个阶段体重的关系进行了分析。结果表明,撒坝猪血清酯酶3种基因型AA,AB和BB的频率分别为0.2696,0.5826和0.1478,2个等位基因A和B的基因频率分别为0.5609和0.4391,该位点的遗传多样性指数为0.4926.在3种基因型中,BB型个体的6月龄体重与2~6月龄日增重均显着地高于其它两种类型,酯酶基因型与性别之间的互作效应明显,显示了猪的血清酯酶多态性作为6月龄体重和2~6月龄日增重两个性状的遗传标记以进行标记辅助选择的可能性。

Abstract:Serum esterase polymorphisms of 115 Saba pigs were investigated by using the method of vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The genotype frequency,gene frequency and the index of genetic diversity were calculated.The relationship between the serum esterase polymorphism and growth traits was analyzed by ordinary variance analysis and the least square analysis of two factors with interaction.The results demonstrated that the genotype frequency of AA,AB and BB was 0.2696,0.5826 and 0.1478,the gene frequency of the allele A and B was 0.5609 and 0.4391 respectively.The index of genetic diversity was 0.4926.The body weight of 6 months and daily gain of 2~6 month of the genotype BB were significantly higher than those of the other two types.The interaction effects of esterase genotypes and sexes were significant.It was indicated that the possibility of using serum esterase polymorphism as the marker trait of pig growth speed in marker assisted selection.
