云南烟草根结线虫优势种群动态规律研究

摘    要: 通过对云南烟草主要栽培品种中"抗病品种"和"感病品种"栽培面积比例变化及云南烟草根结线虫常见种及小种种群数量变动状况的分析,结果表明,随着抗南方根结线虫1号小种烟草品种栽培面积的增加,南方根结线虫1号小种由云南烟草根结线虫的优势种群逐渐转变为次要种群,花生根结线虫2号小种逐渐成为优势种群.可见,烟草根结线的优势种群处于动态变化中,这种动态变化规律主要取决于品种对常见根结线虫种和小种的抗感性,不能用"通常南方根结线虫是优势种群"这一普遍现象来代替烟草根结线虫优势种群随主栽品种抗感性变化而改变这一规律.充分认识烟草根结虫优势种群的动态变化规律对有效控制烟草结线虫病有重要意义.

Abstract:It was analyzed about relationship between planting area propotion change of "the resistible cultivars" (the cultivars only resistant to Meloidogyne incognita race 1 among the four major root-knot nematodes) and "the susceptible cultivars" (the cultivars all susceptible to the four major root-knot nematodes),and population quantity change of major root-knot nematodes on tobacco in Yunnan.The results showed that M.incognita race 1 which is the dominant population on tobacco in Yunnan changed into the secondary population,and M.arenaria race 1 becomes dominant population along with the planting area increase of the cultivar which is resistant to M.incognita race 1.It is thus clear that the tobacco root-knot nematode dominant population is in dynamic change,and the dynamic change depends on the resistivity and susceptibility of cultivars to species and races of major Meloidogyne spp.It is here not suitable that M.incognita is usually dominant population.To understand fully the dynamic change law of dominant population on tobacco holds important meaning for effectively controlling root-knot nematode disease on tobacco.
