| 摘 要： | 以小鼠为研究对象,通过持续给药和应激处理,观察试验组与对照组在不同阶段小鼠体重和采食量等的变化。试验期为15d,试验结束后处死小鼠,称量体重和饲料消耗量,分析体增重、日增重和饲料转化率。结果表明:应激时,动物的体增重和饲料转化率等均不高,但服用中药复方剂的试验组反应明显要比对照组小。此为中药复方剂在临床生产中作为抗应激剂提供一定的理论指导和依据。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,mice are used as experimental subj ects.Through continuous ad-ministration and stress,the body weight,feed intake and other changes in the experimental group and the control group are observed at different stages.The trial period is 1 5 days.At the end of the experiment mice are sacrificed,the body weight and feed consumption are weighed, and the body weight gain,average daily gain and feed conversion ratio are calculated.The re-sults show that when the mice are given stress,the animal’s body weight gain and feed conver-sion rates are not high,but the reaction of mice in the experimental group which are taken tra-ditional Chinese medicine agent is significantly smaller than that of mice in the control group. This experiment can provide some theoretical guidance when the anti-stress agent is used in the clinical production. |
