| 摘 要： | 从青海不同生态类型土壤分离到蚕豆根瘤菌，将其培养至对数生长期，用含结晶紫浓度较高的平板筛选，采用逐步提高抗药性的办法，顺利获得抗药性菌株，经室内试验观察，已筛选出具有抗药性和良好固氮能力的快生型菌株。

| Abstract: | Straing of faba bean(Vitia faba)Rhizobium were isolated from different ical areas of Qinghai,and cultured till logarithmic growth phase.Then each strain was inoculated to plate which contained a high concentration of crystal violet.If strain was able to grow,the additional drug was added gradually,The cesistant strains were setected by this method,Now,some fast-growing strains with both high resistance and good capacity of nitrogen-fixing had been obtained. |
