摘    要:研究了低温预处理、热激处理和高糖浓度处理对不结球白菜游离小孢子胚胎发生的影响。结果显示:对供体花蕾进行1~3d的低温预处理能显著提高出胚率,超过5d则明显降低,并且不同基因型对低温预处理的反应不同;热激处理对小孢子胚胎发生起关键作用,不同基因型所要求的最佳热激温度和时间不同;以17%的高糖浓度培养基对游离小孢子进行1~4d预处理能显著提高出胚率,随处理时间的延长效果降低,但在1~4d范围内胚诱导率均高于对照。

Abstract:Effects of low-temperature,heat shock and higher concentration sucrose pretreatment on microspore embryogenesis in non-heading Chinese cabbage were studied.The results showed that the donor buds at low temperature pretreatment for 1-3 d could significantly improve embryo frequencies,which was decreased when the pretreatment time beyond 5 d,and different genotypes responded differently to low temperature.Heat shock treatment on microspore embryogenesis played a key role,and the suitable temperature and time ...
