未脱毒棉籽饼对雏鸡毒害作用的研究

本试验用含棉酚0.075%的未脱毒棉籽饼,按10%,30%和50%的比例分别加入制成含棉酚量为0.007%,0.017%和0.038%的三种雏鸡饲料中,分别饲喂30日龄的雏鸡50天。结果表明,饲料棉饼粉含量为10%的试验组,雏鸡体重高于对照组为17.6%。当棉酚含量超过0.017%以上时,雏鸡生长停滞,内脏器官出现充血和出血等病理变化。

THE STUDY ON EVIL EFFECTS OF UNDETOXICATED COTTON-SEED CAKE TO CHICKENS

Using Undetoxicated cotton-seed cake which contains 0.075 percent gossypot was made up chicken feed, which were there different propor tion 10, 30 and 50 percent in the feed The mean is the feeds contained 0.007, 0.017 and 0.038 percent gossypot, respectively, feeding 30-day-old chickens for 50 days. The result showed that the group which fed on the feed contained 10 percent cotton-seed cake was heavier 17.6 percent than control. But, when the amount of gossypot was more than 0.017 percent, growing of chickens was all most stagnation. Internal organs appeared pathologycal change which was hyperaemia and hemorrhage etcs.
