中华补血草生长及有机渗透调节物质对盐胁迫的响应

摘    要:测定了0、100、200、400、500、600mmol/L NaCl浓度处理下中华补血草中重要有机渗透调节物质的含量变化;其中在100mmol/L NaCl浓度处理时SS含量增加,然后随盐浓度增加又逐渐减少,MDA含量则与其呈相反趋势;OA含量随盐浓度增加而下降,FAA和Pro含量随盐浓度而增加。结果表明低浓度的盐处理有利于中华补血草的生长,有机渗透调节物质对其在盐胁迫环境下生长起到了一定作用。

Abstract:Limonium sinense Kuntze was treated with different concentrations of NaCl(0,100,200,400,500 and 600 mmol/L),Important organic osmotica contents in the leaves and were determined,soluble sugar contents increase when treated with 100 mmol/L NaCl,Whereafter decrease with salt content increase,MDA reverse to ss.organic acid content decrease with salt content increase,Free amino acid and proline content increase with salt content increase.The result showed that lower salt content is favorable to growth of Limonium sinense Kuntze,Organic osmotic adjustment substances have some important function to its growth in salt stress.
