栽培甘草根系分布规律及生物量的研究

摘    要:
为了探讨甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis根系的分布规律,确定适宜的采挖深度,在武威市石羊河林业总场义粮滩分场进行了栽培甘草根系分布规律及生物量的试验研究.试验得出:0~40 cm土层分布的3、4年生甘草根系干质量分别占根系总干质量的86.96%和88.77%;0~50 cm土层分布的3、4年生甘草根系干质量分别占根系总干质量的92.81%和93.97%.等级甘草主要分布在0~30 cm深的土层中.收获的地上部茎叶约占生物学产量的30%,可为发展畜牧业提供优良牧草.研究认为,栽培甘草机械化采挖最佳深度为40~50 cm,采挖时间以4年生为最好.

Abstract:
The root distribution pattern and biomass of the cultivated Glycyrrhiza uralensis was studied on Shiyanghe Forestry Farm in Minqin County in order to determine the suitable harvesting deepness.The result indicated that the dry matter yields of Glycyrrhiza uralensis root of three-year-growth and four-year-growth within 0 to 40 cm of soil were 10 728.84 kg/hm2 and 15 854.99 kg/hm2,which accounted for 86.96% and 88.77% of the total root dry weight respectively.And for 0 to 50 cm,they were 11 450.98 kg/hm2 and 16 784.14 kg/hm2 and accounted for 92.81% and 93.97%.Most of usable root distributed in the soil layer of 0 to 30 cm.The yield of stem and leaf accounted for around 30% of total biological yield,which could be utilized as the high quality feeds for the development of livestock production.It could be concluded that the suitable deepness for root harvesting was 0 to 40 or 50 cm and the suitable growth duration for harvesting was four years.
