摘    要:[目的]确定邻苯三酚自氧化法测定SOD活性的波长。[方法]采用双光束紫外可见分光光度计分别对不同时间点及时间段邻苯三酚自氧化中间产物吸光度进行测定。[结果]邻苯三酚自氧化初始中间产物的吸收度在320nm处线性好、灵敏度高。[结论]320nm可作为邻苯三酚自氧化法测定SOD活性的测定波长。

Abstract:[Obiective]The aim was to ascertain the best wavelength in reaction of pyrogallol autoxidation. [Method]The absorbance of intermediate was determined at different time points and time period by ultraviolet spectrophometry. [Result]The absorbance of intermediate at 320 nm was good linear response and high sensitivity. [Conclusion]The best wavelength in reaction of pyrogallol autoxidation was 320 nm.
