高香优质大叶红茶新品种湘牛大叶茶的选育研究

摘    要:以湘波绿和四川古蔺牛皮茶为亲本,采用人工杂交方法,通过系统选种程序育成茶树新品种湘牛大叶茶。多年试验结果表明,湘牛大叶茶为大叶类,中生种,芽叶肥壮、持嫩性强,产量较高;内含物丰富,春季一芽二叶水浸出物42.55%、茶多酚28.00%、氨基酸3.77%;制红、绿茶品质兼优,特别是制红茶花果香高长、持久;抗寒、抗旱、抗病虫能力均较强,是高香型优质大叶红茶新品种。

Abstract:The new tea cultivar Xiangniu Dayecha was bred by the artiifcial hybrid of Xiangbolv and Gulin Niupicha through systematic selection breeding. The several years experiment indicated that the Xiangniu Dayecha has the characteristics of big leaf, medium growth, fat bud, lasting tenderness and high yield. The quality content of this cultivar is rich, with water infusion 42.55%, tea polyphenols 28.00% and amino acid 3.77%. It’s suitable to be processed into Black Tea and Green Tea. Especially the Black Tea made by Xiangniu Dayecha has long lasting high fruity fragrance. It behaved well in anti-cold, anti-drought and anti-pest. It is a thick aroma high quality big leaf black tea cultivar.
