硅酸钠对黄瓜幼苗叶片干旱胁迫的缓解效应

摘    要:采用营养钵育苗法,研究了黄瓜幼苗在土壤含水量80%、60%、40%、20%条件下,0.05、0.10mol·L-1硅酸钠溶液处理对幼苗叶片叶绿素、相对电导率、丙二醛、可溶性糖以及脯氨酸含量的影响。结果表明,2个硅酸钠处理幼苗叶片相对电导率、丙二醛、可溶性糖、脯氨酸含量比清水对照处理低,而叶绿素含量比清水对照高。说明采用硅酸钠处理可减轻干旱胁迫对黄瓜幼苗的伤害,研究结果表明硅酸钠参与了植物的代谢或生理活动。

Abstract:Pot culture experiments were conducted to study the effects of 0.05 mol·L-1and 0.1 mol·L-1 Na2SiO3 solution on the chlorophyll,relative conductivity,the malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble sugar and proline of the cucumber seedling under the different drought stress(80%,60%,40%,20% water content). The results showed that the relative conductivity,MDA, soluble sugar and proline in the leaves of seedling treated with two levels of Na2SiO3 solution was lower than that of the control treated with water; however,chlorophyll content was higher than that of control. This result indicates that the addition of Na2SiO3 could alleviate the damage of cucumber seedlings caused by drought stress. Na2SiO3 may be involved in the metabolic or physiological changes of cucumber seedlings.
