4100QBZL柴油机湿式气缸套温度场试验研究

摘    要:针对柴油机气缸套的热负荷问题,在不同工况下采用热电偶法实测了4100QBZL柴油机湿式气缸套内壁面关键点的温度值,分析了气缸套的工作温度随发动机转速以及负荷的变化关系及其温度分布的特点。试验结果表明:各缸温度值随着负荷与转速的增加而增加,其中第3缸测点温度高于其它3缸温度;在最大转矩工况下气缸套的工作温度最高达120.2℃,位于在3缸气缸套内壁面的上部。

Abstract:To solve the heat load problem of diesel engine cylinder liner,adopted thermocouple temperature measurement method to test the key points of the wet cylinder liner's inner surface of 4100QBZL diesel engine under the different working conditions,and analyzed the relations between the working temperature of cylinder liner and the engine speed as well as the loads changing and the characteristic of temperature's distribution.The experimental results indicate that every cylinder liner's temperature value increases along with the load and the engine speed increasing,the temperature of the third cylinder liner is higher than other three cylinder liner's,and under the maximum torque condition,the working temperature of cylinder liner,which appears on the upper part of the third cylinder liner's inner surface,can be high up to 120.2℃.
