| 摘 要： | 选用4只装有瘤胃和十二指肠近端瘘管的辽宁绒山羊羯羊(2周岁左右),按4×4拉丁方设计,系统研究了4种不同日粮硫水平(0.11%、0.17%、0.23%、0.29%)对辽宁绒山羊产绒性能的影响。研究结果表明:日粮硫水平对辽宁绒山羊的产绒性能及羊绒品质影响显著(P0.05);日粮添加硫可显著提高辽宁绒山羊绒生长速度、产绒量、绒长度(P0.05),但对绒的细度没有显著影响(P0.05);综合分析认为,日粮硫水平为0.23%(N:S为7.39:1)对提高辽宁绒山产绒性能较为适宜。

| Abstract: | In a 4×4 Latin-square experiment design, four castrated Liaoning cashmere goats aged two years old and installed with permanent ruminal cannulas and duodenal cannulas, were used to study the effects of dietary sulfur levels (0.11%, 0.17%, 0.23%, 0.29%)on cashmere production performance and cashmere quality in Liaoning cashmere goats. The results showed that: there were significant effects of dietary sulfur levels on cashmere production performance and cashmere quality (P<0.05). Sulfur Addition increased cashmere growth rapidity, cashmere yield and cashmere length significantly (P<0.05). But there was no significant effect on cashmere diameter (P>0.05). The diet with 0.23% sulfur (N:S =7.39:1) is optimum to cashmere production performance and cashmere quality in Liaoning cashmere goats. |
