摘    要:球勺内窝孔小麦精量排种器是以复式型孔为排种元件,应用多力联合充种原理,在结构工艺上是内侧充种垂直圆盘排种器应用于分蘖作物的新突破,从充种角度阐明其排种元素的位置和结构特点;对种子在充种过程中的受力状况进行了分析,论述了种子在重力、离心力、摩擦力和种间挤推力的联合作用下以填补空间,相向速度差、同向速度差的三种充种机理。

Abstract:Wheat precision seedermeter of ball-spoon shaped inner-cell was a new breakthrough that the vertical-plate feed of seed-cell filling on inside seedermeter apply to tillering crop in structure and technology. The seedermeter's seeding element is double holes and seeding fill into the double hole with cooperation of multi-force. This paper expounded the position and configuration of seeding element in point of seed-filling. With the cooperation of gravity, centrifugal force and driving force between seeds, three ways and mechanism of seed-filling such as filling space, relative speed discrepancy and same speed discrepancy were discussed.
