摘    要:目的:探讨干燥条件对蒲公英总黄酮含量的影响,为蒲公英综合开发利用提供参考。方法:以总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性为考察标准,研究不同干燥条件(真空干燥、热风干燥、阴干、晒干)对蒲公英黄酮类化合物影响。结果:不同干燥条件下蒲公英总黄酮类物质含量差异显著(p<0.05);自由基清除能力与总黄酮含量呈正相关性;阴干状态下蒲公英总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性优于其他处理条件,其次为晒干及40℃真空干燥处理;95℃热风干燥处理下总黄酮含量及抗氧化活性最低。结论:在生产实际中应重视蒲公英干燥方式,采摘后以阴干或晒干的方式进行蒲公英加工;超声提取总黄酮类化合物时优先考虑超声温度的影响。

Study on total flavonoid content and antioxidant activity of Dandelion under different drying conditions
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of drying conditions on the content of total flavonoids in Dandelion, and to provide reference for the comprehensive development and utilization of Dandelion. Methods:The effects of different drying conditions ( vacuum drying, hot air drying, shade drying and sun drying ) on the flavonoids of Dandelion were studied by taking the total flavonoids content and antioxidant activity as the investigation standard. Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Dandelion was carried out by orthogonal test to determine the optimal extraction conditions. Results: The content of total flavonoids in Dandelion was significantly different under different drying conditions ( p<0.05 ). Free radical scavenging ability was positively correlated with total flavonoids content. The content of total flavonoids and antioxidant activity of Dandelion under shade drying condition were better than those under other treatment conditions, followed by sun drying and 40°C vacuum drying. The total flavonoid content and antioxidant activity were the lowest under 95°C hot air drying treatment. Conclusion:In the actual production, we should pay attention to the drying method of Dandelion. After picking, the Dandelion should be dried in the shade or in the sun ;the effect of ultrasonic temperature was given priority when ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids.
