摘    要:为筛选出用于实际生产与推广的优质高产品种,以24份马铃薯高代品系材料为研究对象,对其农艺性状、生理生化指标与产量性状进行调查测定。并对试验材料的叶绿素相对值、叶片失水率、离体叶片电导率、株高和产量共5个指标进行相关性分析,利用隶属函数法对其抗旱性进行综合性评价。结果表明,筛选出农艺性状优异的早熟鲜食品系BF1111.8及中早熟加工品系BF113.31和BF113.13;极强抗旱性材料BF1111.8、BF1245.2和BF0750.43;综合性状优异材料BF1111.8。

Investigation of Growth Traits and Evaluation of Drought Resistance of Potato High Generation Strain Materials

Abstract:In order to select high quality and high yielding varieties for practical production and promotion, 24 potato high generation strains were investigated and determined for their agronomic, physiological and biochemical indicators and yield traits. A correlation analysis was conducted on five indexes, namely chlorophyll relative value, leaf water loss rate, isolated leaf conductivity, plant height and yield, and a comprehensive evaluation of their drought resistance was carried out using the affiliation function method. The results showed that the early fresh food lines BF1111.8 and medium early processing lines BF113.31 and BF113.13 with excellent agronomic traits; the very strong drought resistance materials BF1111.8, BF1245.2 and BF0750.43; and the excellent overall traits materials BF1111.8 were selected.
