长期施肥对微生物量碳的影响

摘    要:以中国科学院海伦农田生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站的长期定位施肥土壤为基础,研究长期施肥对土壤微生物量碳的影响。结果表明:不同施肥处理微生物量碳的变化规律为NPKOM>NPK>NP>PK>NK>CK。与CK处理比较而言,NPKOM处理的增幅最大,达到了108.02%,差异显著(p<0.05);植物的地上、地下和总生物量与微生物量碳之间呈显著的正相关性;土壤中碳氮比的变化范围为12.4~13.1,变化规律为CK>PK>NP>NPK>NK>NPKOM,与微生物量碳之间呈负相关。

Abstract:The experiment was carried out to study the effect of long-term fertilization on the amount of microbial biomass C in Hailun national field research station.Results showed that: the trend of microbial biomass C content which being affected by long-term fertilization ordered as NPKOM>NPK>NP>PK>NK>CK.Compared to CK,the increase of NPKOM content was greatest,and its content reached 108.02% and was significantly different(P<0.05).The aboveground biomass,underground biomass and total biomass were positively corr...
