棉秆结构组成与横纹抗压强度的关系

摘    要:为了有效开发利用棉秆资源,测定了不同直径、不同离地高度、不同蒸煮温度及不同含水率棉秆的横纹抗压强度和结构组成,结果表明:棉秆的表皮所占质量比为22.77%~36.57%,木质部为56.72%~77.02%,髓芯为0.14%~6.7%;测得棉秆的横纹抗压强度在11.69~3.15MPa之间,并随着直径的增加而增大,随着离地高度、蒸煮温度和含水率的增加而减小.这一结果为棉秆碾压梳解机的设计提供了基础数据.
