| Abstract: | To create more achievement, the improvement of job satisfaction and the stimulation of potential scientific capability among scientific researchers are urgent issues in academic human resources management. Factors that influencing job satisfaction among scientific researchers were analyzed and the pathways on improving job satisfaction among scientific researchers discussed in the paper. |
