| 摘 要： | [目的]研究魏氏拟尾柱虫的最适温度以及半致死温度。[方法]采用原生动物通用的测定方法,研究魏氏拟尾柱虫的最适温度以及半致死温度。[结果]温度对魏氏拟尾柱虫的分裂速度具有显著影响(P0.05)。在22℃下魏氏拟尾柱虫的分裂速度最快,日平均分裂次数为(2.456±0.706)次/d。[结论]魏氏拟尾柱虫的最适温度为22℃,半致死温度为36℃。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective] The aim was to study the optimum temperature and semilethal temperature of Paraurostyla weissei.[Method] Using the conventional determination methods for protozoan,the optimum temperature and semilethal temperature of P.weissei were studied.[Result] Temperature had significant effects on the divisive speed of P.weissei(P<0.05).The divisive speed of P.weissei was fast at 22 ℃ and its daily divisive times was 2.456±0.706.[Conclusion] The optimum temperature of P.weissei was 22 ℃ and its semilethal temperature was 36 ℃. |
