| Abstract: | Based on the traditional ideas and the lasting society form in China,the issues concerning farmers,rural areas and agriculture are always the key and the most difficult problem.As an independent property right,agriculture hereditary resource right is helpful to increasing peasant’ income,thus it will be an effective legal approach to resolve the problems of farmers,rural areas and agriculture. |
