摘    要:
[目的]探讨山楂叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。[方法]采用单因素和响应面分析法,研究预浸泡时间、料液比、提取时间和提取次数等因素对山楂叶中总黄酮提取率的影响。[结果]山楂叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为预浸泡时间2 h,料液比1∶26 g/ml,浸提时间120 min,浸提次数2次。[结论]该提取工艺能显著提高山楂叶中总黄酮的提取率。

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the optimal extraction process of total flavonoids from hawthorn leaves.[Method] The factors that affect the extraction rate of total flavonoids were investigated by single-factor experiment and response surface methodology,including pre-soaking time,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times.[Result] The optimal extraction process was as follows:pre-soaking time was 2 h,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶26(g/ml),extracting time was 120 min,and extracting times was 2.[Conclusion] The extraction rate of total flavonoids was improved largely through the extraction process.
