摘    要:
[目的]优选丹参的提取工艺条件。[方法]采用均匀试验设计方法,以丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B和总酚酸量为考察指标,优选丹参的超临界萃取及醇提工艺条件。[结果]丹参的最佳超临界萃取条件为:萃取压力25 Mpa,萃取温度40℃,萃取时间2 h,料液比为10∶3(g/ml);在此条件下,丹参酮ⅡA的转移率为69.03%。丹参的最佳醇提条件为:料液比1∶11(g/ml),乙醇浓度30%,回流3次,每次0.5h。[结论]优化后的工艺合理、稳定、可行,适于丹参的提取。

Study on Extraction Technology of RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE

Abstract:
[Objective] To optimize the extraction technology of RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE.[Method] The CO2 supercritical extraction and ethanol extraction conditions of RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE were optimized by the uniform experiment with the contents of tanshinoneⅡA,salvianolic acid B and total phenolic acids as the investigation index.[Result] CO2 supercritical fluid extraction process was: 25 Mpa of pressure,40 ℃ of temperature,2h of extraction time,and 10∶3(g/ml) of solid-liquid ratio,under these conditions,the transfer rate of tanshinoneⅡA was 69.03%.The best ethanol extraction conditions were 1∶11(g/ml) of solid-liquid ratio,30% ethanol concentration,three times of reflux and 0.5 h duration.[Conclusion] The optimized conditions are reasonable,stable and applicable to the extraction of RADIX SALVIAE MILTIORRHIZAE.
