| 摘 要： | [目的]比较ES小鼠和正常小鼠的血液理化指标。[方法]以成年ES克隆小鼠为研究对象,测定其血液生理生化指标,与正常小鼠进行比较。[结果]ES小鼠血液中WBC、MCV、MCH、LYMPH、MONO、BASO、RDW-CV等生理指标与TP、LDL、GLU、AMY等生化指标,与正常小鼠存在显著或者极显著差异。[结论]该研究可为小鼠的基因克隆奠定基础。

| Abstract: | [Objective]The research aimed to compare the blood physiological and biochemical indices between ES mice and normal mice.[Method]Using adult ES cloned mice as study objects,its blood physiological and biochemical indices were determined and compared with normal mice.[Result]The blood physiological indices(WBC,MCV,MCH,LYMPH,MONO,BASO,RDW-CV,etc.)and biochemical indices(TP,LDL,GLU,AMY.Etc.)in ES mice had significant or extremely significant differences with normal mice.[Conclusion]This research could lay the foundation for the gene cloning of mice. |
