| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨硒在猪各组织中的分布特征,为选择富硒食品提供参考。方法]采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法分析了贵州省从江县2种猪中的硒含量。结果]2种猪相同组织的硒含量相差不大,而猪中不同组织的硒含量特征为:猪肾(7.57～7.88μg/g)>猪肝(0.81～1.46μg/g)>瘦肉(0.24～0.27μg/g)。结论]从江县2种猪猪肾中硒含量较高,达到了富硒水平,是天然的富硒食品。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to discuss the distribution characteristics of selenium in different tissue of pigs,which provided significant reference for choosing selenium-rich food.Methods] Selenium contents in two types of pigs in Congjiang County of Guizhou Province were analyzed using hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS).Result] The difference of selenium contents in the same tissue of two types of pigs is not significant,however,selenium contents in different tissues of pigs are:kidney(7.57-7.88 μg/g)>liver(0.81-1.46 μg/g)> lean meat(0.24-0.27 μg/g).Conclusion] Selenium content in kidney of pigs in Congjiang County is greater,and reaches the level of selenium-rich,is natural selenium-rich food. |
