| 摘 要： | 分析了饲料企业的现状,提出了基于产品链的指标分解模型。针对企业实际情况,研究了企业内部管理的各类数据,建立了产品链,给出了实现基于产品链的指标分解模型的系统解决方案,以达到生产控制管理精细化的目的。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the status of fodder corporation,an indicators decomposition model based on product chain was put forward.According to the specific conditions of corporation,all kinds of data were analyzed to construct a product chain,based on which the system solutions of indicators decomposition model were designed,which could achieve the refinement of production control and management. |
