| 摘 要： | 通过一年预备试验、二年的正式试验,从目前黑河地区椴木栽培应用的黑木耳菌种中筛选出菌丝发育好、抗杂能力强、产量高适宜代料地栽的黑木耳菌种,对现有的栽培料的配比组合进行研究.结果表明,高纬寒地代料地栽黑木耳技术的关键是,提高作菌技术降低污染率,加强田间栽培管理技术控制污染率.

| Abstract: | Through one year preparation and two years cultivation experiment.The auricularia auricula vaccine was screened from wooden cultivation.The vaccine had the properties of well developing hypha,contamination resistance,high yield and suiting for material plants.The experiment results showed that the key technique of cultivating auricularia auricula is high latitude and cold region was improving inoculating technique to decrease pollution rate and ametiorating field management to control pollution rate. |
