并联运行水泵工况点的确定

摘    要:介绍了一种利用水泵性能参数确定并联运行水泵工况点的简单计算方法,根据单台泵的特性曲线,由其高效段的两个状态点拟合建立单台泵的特性曲线方程,以此为基础建立了多台同型号泵并联工作时的特性曲线方程,结合管路的特性曲线方程,推导出同型号水泵并联运行时工况点的流量和扬程计算公式,并通过实例验证该公式。

Abstract:The paper introduced a simple and efficient calculation method of determining the optimum circulation state of parallel connection water pumps by using pump parameters. According to the characteristic curve of one pump, the corresponding characteristic curve equation fitted by two high efficient stages in each pump characteristic circulation graph was set up and on the basis of that, the optimum curve equation indicating multiple parallel connection pumps circulation was established. Combining with the pipeline circulation equation, the calculating formulas of flow and lift in optimum state was established and tested by a practical example.
