基于委托代理关系的云南省社区支持农业发展研究

总结分析了社区支持农业(CSA)的四个基本特征:直接性、组织形式灵活性、生态性、本地及小型性,在此基础上利用委托代理基本框架,考察CSA模式对信息不对称效应的影响,并分别针对激励相容原则(IC)不同存在情况是否有利于双方实现最优选择做出了判断,归纳了适合云南省的CSA模式,阐明CSA规划的基本原则、原理、目标,并设计了职能部门经营管理体系,旨在为云南省高原特色农业发展提供参考。

Research on the Development of Community Supported Agriculture in Yunnan Province Based on Principal-agent Relationship

In this paper, four basic characteristics of community supported agriculture (CSA) including immediacy, flexibility of organizational forms, ecology, local and small properties were analyzed and summarized firstly .Afterwards, based on the basic framework of principal-agent, the effects of CSA mode on information asymmetry effects were investigated under different incentive compatibility principles (IC), which deter-mines whether it is beneficial to the optimal choice of both sides .Finally, the appropriate CSA model for Yunnan Province was summarized , and the basic principles of planning, principles, and objectives were clarified.In addition, the management system of functional departments was de-signed.The research provides references for the development of characteristic agriculture in Yunnan Province .
